Created in 2006, Confins is a Franco-Brazilian geographical electronic journal publishing unabridged, original articles, mainly in French, or Portuguese, alongside their translations. Papers are fully illustrated and chiefly related to Brazilian and French subject matter, with a preference for comparative articles by Brazilians writing about Europe. It is the journal’s goal to produce, for a Brazilian and European readership, studies relating to all aspects of geographical research, with an onus on regional geography.
